Supporting the wellbeing of our children and ourselves has always been important but in these challenging times, ensuring we are looking after our mental health is key to dealing with the stress and anxiety that this unprecedented time brings.
As you are aware, the 5 ways to wellbeing model has been discussed extensively in school. By taking time to do 1 or all 5 of the activities each day enables our minds to feel calm and relaxed. However, many activities can decrease anxiety and increase self-confidence that will be added to “Nurture and Wellbeing” within the school website.
